Excellent

Well behaved all staffs. A nice location and a wonderful experience. Well cleaning all rooms and corridors etc. A good vehivle parking area. I suggest my friends and relative's to stay this Apartment. Really appreciate to all. Pls keep it up always. For the complementary Breakfast also.

An ok place to stay but with a filthy restaurant and a very bad receptionist Amir Ali

The property is located more than 1. 5km from Guruvayoor temple and it's not easy to walk to the temple specially for elderly people. The room are just sufficiently spacious. Plug points are very limited. Bathroom is neat. The complimentary breakfast that they offer is a big joke - 2 idlis and a thattukada dosa. Coffee is charged. The restaurant is very small and stinks and the toilet is filthy. Best to book room without complimentary breakfast. They provide free shuttle service once a day to the temple. I stayed in room 207 on the 11th and 12th night of November 2025. The person at the night shift - Amir Ali, is the worst behaved person. There was no land phone in the room and when calling him on the mobile it was continuously engaged - seemed like he was talking to his lady friend. When I went down to the reception he was still on the phone and didn't bother to look up. When I informed him of the difficulty in calling the reception, he thew his mobile at me for which the night watchman is a witness and he suggested that I lodge my complaint with the management. Wonder if the management will allow such a person like Amir Ali to continue working there with such a behavior with the guests. They claim to have a EV charging facility but it's a slow charger and very inconvenient. Overall a pleasant stay except for the unruly behavior of Amir Ali and the filthy restaurant. Photos attached

Average hotel better to be avoided

Been to Guruvayur and stayed in Utsavam Apartments. The hotel was average and bit far from the main centre and you need a vehicle to reach the main city centre. There is no restaurents available nearby and you need to depend only on the hotel restaruent only. Since this is non vegetarian we did not like it. It require walking at least 2 km to have food in the night. We stayed one night there. The hotel is not worth staying though the rates are very low.

Amazing hospitality.

The service was amazing at an affordable cost. We were group of 15 members, all of us were happy with service. Manager Shahi was an amazing host and was kind enough to extend checkout time as we were late from Darshan. I strongly recommend anyone looking for 3 star service in Guruvayur at an affordable cost.

Awesome Stay in Guruvayoor

Excellent service. It's a new apartment hotel near to Guruvayoor temple. They provides complimentary pick up and drop service to temple. The hospitality was outstanding. The rooms was very clean and hygenic. The breakfast served was yummy. Very carm and silent location .
