Homely Stay

We were there for a couple days. The room was clean and neat. Linen was good. Food was delicious. Service was prompt. Staff were very polite.There are different dining hall. Saturday afternoon we had lunch in a dining hall for which they have given a name which I am not remembering now. Saturday night, sunday morning & monday morning in another dining hall. Sunday afternoon we had lunch on pool side which is a big hall. Sunday night we had dinner in our room. Both veg and non veg were of high quality and delicious. In all, we had tasted atleast not less than 100 items.

Avarage Hotel.

Long back I was stayed in this hotel, that period was good. Now a days due to flyover, very less guest. Hotel was now not properly maintained, staff are good, food quality and quantity is good. Rooms were cleaned and big size. Parking is available, so need not worry. Request to hotel management, please maintain the infa repair.

Visited for Lunch at 3:15 pm

Waiter is so arrogant he said food closes at 3:00 pm sharp. Looks like the management is not intrested in serving people probably they are happy with the evening customers rather people come for lunch. One of the worst experience, pls avoid if possible.

Hotel with good restaurant

Good size rooms but fridge was not working. Remote was replaced as it was not working too. Swimming pool was closed. Food in restaurant was good. Especially chinese. Children play area is there but not maintained.

Bad bathrooms, decent rooms, excellent food and restaurant service

This was definitely a nice hotel in it's hey days. After Covid, I guess it has taken a heavy toll on the maintenance.
The hotel looks good from outside. The rooms are nice and comfortable, but nothing great. It needs maintenance and a fresh coat of paint. The airconditioning is old and rickety, though working fine. The bathrooms need some serious work - it's cramped, looks old with water marks and stains, and is a very big downer.
The food was excellent though, and service at the restaurant was friendly/outstanding. Buffet breakfast spread is very basic, and was always late (though they say breakfast starts at 7.30 am, it's never ready till 8.30 am)
Parking facilities are good.
Rating a 4 just because of the restaurant food/service, otherwise it's a 3.
