This is a nice hotel with a classic atmosphere.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The air conditioning worked well, making for a comfortable stay. The wifi connection was slow at times.

1. Great location. Close to everything and metro is so close.
2. Drinking water available at air cooler
3. The staff is very polite and helpful

2. The washroom drainage was blocked and we had to use the restroom in a different room

Pleasant stay with good service

I had a good stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, the atmosphere was nice, and the room service staff were very polite and helpful. Would recommend it.

When choosing the Imperial Classic Hotel, I considered the following things that were very important to me: airport transfers, breakfast, and non-smoking rooms. Upon arrival at the airport, I was disappointed to find no transfer. Upon arriving at the hotel, they only offered two of the four rooms we booked, but we were given four. When asked which room we would be served, they said, "Smile," "The hotel doesn't guarantee breakfast." When asked about airport transfers... "Smile," "The hotel doesn't guarantee airport transfers." Smoking rooms have ashtrays for smokers. Also, there was no hot water, but that was the least of my worries.
