I have stayed here in room 131 with a family.Hotel is very good, staff are very friendly, I like buffet spread is very good. Moreover it’s in heart of city. I suggest these hotel who ever coming for side seeing and for shopping. Mukesh manager is very helpful. I definitely recommend these hotel who visiting Hyderabad.

Good location

Hotel is situated new Birla temple in Abid. All places are very accessible from there. It is nice hotel with all basic amenities. We four friends stayed there for two days. Rooms are clean and wide, bath room also is very big. Food we didn't try as we had food outside only.

Quality stay

Management was kind and staff was helpful, room comfortable and food was brilliant. WiFi was fast and room spacious and luxurious. I was put off by the bad reviews but found them overly picky compared to the other options in the price range. Would stay again.

Worst

AC doesn't work in conference rooms. Told the staff about it atleast 10 times, no use.
Horrible toilets and restrooms very stinky. Sulabh complex smells better.
Worse of the worst. Avoid at all costs.
