Rooms were not clean I had to ask Housekeeping for changing linen and towels as towels were full of lint. Service was average, location is good if you are travelling on NH44, parking available but stinking. Counter staff was helpful when we lost our towel and polite also. Overall average experience and not a value for money at all (based on rooms)

Don’t waste your money staying at this property

One of the worst experience ! Most unprofessional staff ;front office clueless what is happening around ! Used rooms given ! House phone is broken (pics uploaded) unfortunately paid for two days at the time of check-in ! Came here with a local Reference but one of the worst experience !

Unprofessional behaviour

During yesterday's check-in, the reception staff was in casual dress.
There were 3 people jointly replying and engaging for the visitors . In spite of a clear request for a twin bedroom and inquiry, they had okayed and confirmed the availability of the room.
Where I shared and asked those online, your hotel is sharing no twin bed vacancy.
After taking the ferry and offloading our baggage and car, which was placed in underground parking, they are all together now stating that they don’t have twin bed rooms available.
There is a sofa cum bed as an option for a twin bed.Highly unprofessional people are handling a beautiful property.
The honor they must take for their investment and efforts is getting ruined by all those resection handlers, namely Ashis and one more person who was in casual dress.
The person in the black coat was a good executive who had shown a lot of effort to control the mess done by the casual-dress employees, who were doing it with all visitors.
