Experiences was memorable

It was my first visit in itc storii with my family i had lot of expectations with itc and they served us far better than that
One of the best experiences I would say
Food is authentic and have great variety
Service is really up to the mark
The staff was so friendly and make us feel like a home
I would specifically mention one name Veronica , she is such a professional and elegant girl her warm welcome and behavior is memorable for us

An exceptional stay

An Unforgettable Group Stay at ITC Storii – Castle Kanota
Our group of 16 friends had the pleasure of staying at ITC Storii – Castle Kanota for one night, from 23rd July to 24th July, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional.
From the moment we checked in, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and impeccable hospitality. The heritage property is beautifully restored, offering a perfect blend of royal charm and modern comfort. Every corner of the castle reflects history, elegance, and meticulous upkeep.
The rooms were spacious, tastefully designed, and extremely comfortable. The food served throughout our stay was excellent, with a delicious spread at every meal. The staff deserves special appreciation for their courteous, attentive, and ever-smiling service. Despite being a large group, every request was handled promptly and professionally, making us feel truly valued.
The peaceful surroundings, lush gardens, and regal ambience created the perfect setting for our overnight Fun Party. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment—from relaxing in the serene environment to spending quality time together.
A heartfelt thank you to the entire team at ITC Storii – Castle Kanota for making our stay so memorable. We left with wonderful memories and look forward to returning again.
Highly recommended for families, friends, corporate retreats, and anyone looking to experience authentic Rajasthani heritage with world-class hospitality.

Wonderful experience

Came here to attend a friend’s wedding. The hospitality and ambience was amazing with extremely cooperative staff especially Sitaram FNB dept and Shraddha from Front office. Would highly recommend as a trip getaway from the city’s hustle bustle.

We were travelling by road from Gujarat to Vrindavan. So we took a break at this hotel. This hotel now managed by ITC hotels group.
Very nice place to stay . Rooms are good in size . Food tastes at restaurant good but portion they give is not sufficient for one person.
In a cold month of February no hot water available in shower and no cold water coming in washbasin.
Staff is much courteous .
