BAD EXPERIENCE

UNEDIFIING EXPERIENCE. WE BOOKED THIS HOTEL THROUGH LOCAL OPERATOR.
WHEN WE ARRIVED IN THE EVENING, ONE OF THE ROOMS WAS LOCATED ON THE SECOND FLOOR, AND TO REACH IT YOU HAD TO CROSS A VERY DANGEROUS WORK AREA. THERE WAS NO HANDRAIL TO HAND ON, AND IN A SHORT SECTION YOU WAS EVEN EXPOSED, THAT IS YOU COULD HAVE BEEN EXPOSED FALLING INTO THE VOID, FOR A FEW METERS.
THE SCAFFOLDING WAS MADE OF BAMBOO,AND THE LIGHTING WAS ALSO POOR.
SO, IMAGINE THE Anguish OF THE PREDESTINED TO THAT ROOM, WHEN GOING UP AND DOWN THOSE STAIRS,
NOW THE MANAGER'S BEHAVIOR WAS UNUSUAL TO SAY TO SAY AND MAYBE EVEN IN BAD FAITH.
HE SHOULD HAVE AT LEAST NOTIFIED US THAT THE HOTEL WAS UNDER RENOVATION.
IT IS DIFFICULT TO JUDGE HIS WORK IN A FEW WORDS.

Average Stay

Average rooms, under renovation, no lift will have to use stairs, rooms and wash rooms are clean, helpful staff, food both veg & non veg excellent, no bathroom toiletries. Breakfast no buffet served in room to be selected from alacarte, average room size, bed sheet and covers were neat and clean, overall good.

The property was under renovation, with exposed brick pillars and green screen cutters strung across various sections in the hotel. We were stunned to have walked into this partial construction site and couldn't believe that we were being ushered into a room in the midst of all this. Only one part of the property resembled the pictures listed. It wasn't right for the management to offer rooms to stay while the property was undergoing all this renovation. We were one of two guests in this ghost of a hotel.

Worst Nightmare!!

Worst Experience Ever!!! I don't recommend anyone going to this place. The actual place is no where related to what they show us in reviews and google images. The place is under renovation and no lift

Worst experience

Very Bad Experience, Everybody should aware with few facts which they never told you
- Over-priced property as compared to other good options, It does not worth to half of the price
- Does not have lift and you will get a room over 2nd, 3rd floor..
- Stairs does not have proper railings, so if you have kids you have to ensure safety of them by yourself
- Swimming Pool as shown in pictures was taken i guess years back picture. Now it's a dump-yard of waste of trees, plants, bricks etc...
- Food Quality is very average and price is very very high
- They have very less staff which makes everything slow
- They will provide max. 3 rooms at one floor, so if you are group of 4 or more family then forgot about this
- You have to park your vehicle at road side here and there, as they don't have any parking
- Still you want to book then do not give more then 10% advance to them, as they keep insist for 100% money because they know after reaching you will find reality and will not continue the stay. Once you pay in full then you lost your money and control as they will neither adjust nor return your money
