Housekeeping Stole the Show! An Outstanding Wedding Stay
A massive thank you to the housekeeping department, led by the incredible Ms. Shanta. As a manager, she was our absolute superhero throughout our visit. Every single request we made was met always on time and with the utmost politeness and grace. Under her superb leadership, our room was kept impeccably clean, spotless, and beautifully maintained amidst all the wedding rush.
Ms. Shanta’s warm hospitality and flawless coordination truly won us over. In fact, the exceptional service from her and her team completely changed our perspective—it made us realize that we should look into hosting our own future functions and events at this hotel.
Thank you, Ms. Shanta, for your unmatched dedication and for making our stay so amazing. Housekeeping truly won our hearts, and we cannot wait to return to The Lalit Jaipur for future celebrations!
