GARBAGE and unprofessional hotelin jaselmare

Don't stay in any tripli hotel change they are chitter. They are unprofessional this hole chain is bad no customer service contact.we have booked hotel at jasalmare prithvi palace and paid 35000.00 for two rooms but hotel is one star third grade hotel with amenities and service and rude and bad staff Ebu is manager is very dishonest person introduced as a manager but look like he is housekeeping staff.when we check inn room was nasty and smell look line public toilet so we have requested to change room but he say he will clean then smell will go away but it was worse so next morning we have decided to go some good hotel but he refused to refund our money then we have contact person name yes he was rude also he offered 2 nd night refund only 50 % or go to desert camp hotel so we ask time to think then after 15 minutes we have call again and talk to him then he change his statement he is not agree to refund 50% also because management say no refund.we have also found cricket and other bug in rooms this is look like Gunda gardi .
We have taken photo also and we are going to write to health minister and publish in news paper so people know about this group.
Don't stay in this hotel this hotel room cost only 500.00 to 1000.00 but he charge us 35000.00.

Nesty hotel and unprofessional

We are traveling with my daughter and granddaughter and family to Rajasthan and my granddaughter came to India 1st time so they was excited to see all but their are disappointed after staying at jaselmare with nesty and unprofessional unclean and rude dishonest staff hotel name tripli hotel prithvi
When we enter in hotel right away guy on desk with dirty cloth ask us to pay full payment before hand over key so we was tired after travel hall day so we have paid in full some cash and some upi my husband had problems with internet so give it to that guy his name is Ebu Tanwar so without credit cash he transferred again full payment so after that we check bank account and came to know there is over payment of 20000.00
Morning time of check out he maverick showup we have waited but he didn’t come so we left the hotel without getting our refund and any bills and payment receipt . I don’t think they are maintaining proper records for government taxes .we are also going to complain to govt of Rajesthan and tourism minister. We hope they will refund our money

Threaten while stay by the key person

Company chair person is saying 3 star property at time of booking and the person in owner capacity rajesh choudhary says that property is low to lower and when customer argue rajesh sir will try to threaten in simple words now tell me about the safety

So good to enjoy there with friends and have a very good and healthy atmosphere to stay there . Go there with your friends and stay for a while you will get to Experience best part of your journeys and stays in your whole life .
