A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Hitesh Sharma, the owner, whose warmth, personal attention, and commitment to guest satisfaction are reflected in every aspect of the resort. His passion for hospitality is truly inspiring.
Special appreciation to Mr. Pardeep and Mr. Rahul for their exceptional care, courteous service, and ever-smiling attitude. They went out of their way to ensure our comfort and made us feel completely at home.
The food was outstanding—fresh, delicious, and prepared with great care. Every meal was a delight.
One thoughtful gesture that really impressed us was that every guest's car was cleaned every day during the stay. It's these small but meaningful touches that make this resort stand out.
Our sincere thanks to the entire team for creating such a memorable experience. We leave with wonderful memories and look forward to returning soon. We highly recommend Neugal River Front View Resort to anyone looking for genuine hospitality, excellent food, and a truly relaxing stay in Palampur.

Good location, average hotel
Other than that, the hotel is average. Unsmiling front desk, no special welcome. Rooms are neat. Food is good.
Pl note - the stay-in guests have to book a table if they have to sit at the riverfront.
Also, the nearby villagers and town people come to walk regularly in the hotel premises

My Happy Place!
The food and service are both great, although the veg food is significantly better than the non-veg. Complimentary driver accommodation and food is another big plus.
Have already visited this place twice since last year and cannot wait to visit again. Highly highly recommend it!
Tip: Do visit the Wah Tea Estate which is 30 min drive from the hotel.
Note: As others reviews have pointed out, if there is an event happening in the garden area then the whole purpose of staying in this hotel gets defeated. Happened to me on the last day of my first solo trip so it didn't bother me much. But yes it's a big big bummer if it ends up happening during your stay as there is practically nothing else to do here if the garden and river access get restricted! This is seriously something the management needs to look into.
