Very Nice Room, Not Beachfront

The cottages are 4 units and a reception desk set a block back from Patnem beach. The beach can be reached via a Sandy path but we used the access through ‘Home’ restaurant. It takes about 3 minutes to walk to the beach. The room was clean, a good size, well decorated with comfy bed, fridge, ac and fan and large bathroom with good hot water shower. Unlike most of the beachfront restaurants there is no restaurant attached to the property, just a reception desk which isn’t manned full time. We liked the location as it was quieter than the beachfront on a weekend. Negatives were that the walls were quite thin- this only became apparent when we got new neighbours late at night who spoke/ shouted loudly at midnight then started to play a guitar! The property faces a community hall and behind is a yoga commune which has early evening music performances. You therefore get some noise up to about 7pm but none after. We were happy with the room for the price and would return here.

Wonderful and peaceful stay

The Patnem Cottages are located at a walking distance of just 1min from the Patnem Beach.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The owners(especially Apiya) was always a phone call away. Easy check in, clean room, availability of all essentials, etc. The place has a few good restaurants around to sit back and relax.

Patnem best resort

Best resort in Patnem.Staff is very polite, helpfull and cooperative.Rooms are spacious and we'll maintained.
We had a great time at this resort.
This place is very close to the beach and is highly recommended to visit.

South Goa Tour

Excellent Experience I had here. I will tell each my friend about this.There are various facilities in Cottage Beaches like Refrigerator, Air Conditioner, 24 hour Hot Water.Room services like breakfast & dinner.

Fantastic memories !

We stayed here for 2 days and the stay was made very comfy by the staff who were always eager to help.The rooms were hygienic, bathrooms were big and neat.The faucet tap provided outside the hut is a smart idea. Huts are hardly 100m from the beach. Staff is very cooperative and warm. We were allowed to retain a room for 3 hours beyond our check out time because our flight was in the evening. At the last minute our Goamiles booking for airport got cancelled, they immediately arranged an Ertiga and helped us out again. Thanks Sairaj(boy who always donned a smile on his face) for making our stay and trip great and arranged everything.
