Staff weren’t very attentive at breakfast and it wasn’t very busy at all. Stayed in the suit which was nice and spacious and clean. Food was good and easy to get a rickshaw from outside.

Exelent profesional throughout
The whole stay of 9 days was ammazing and very professional. There was not a single thing they could of not done to make our stay any better. An ammazing place, will be using this hotel again

Harassment & Intimidating Behavior
We had a terrible experience at this Hotel, we were travelling for religious reasons to visit the surrounding Gurudwara/ holy place, and we booked an expensive Best Western Suite; we asked someone to pick us up from the station (a Cab), however, the taxi services from Hotel were exorbitantly expensive and we ended up booking a reasonable cab service from the town.
However, the Best Western Cab Service came to pick us up and even when it was confirmed, the cab driver along side the Best Western front office Staff harassed us to pay even when we did not use the services. We felt intimated and endangered while our stay at Best Western during the night.
It felt like there is a cab mafia which pays commission to the hotel staff - who are dishonest and inhibits criminal activities, so future customers need to be careful.
However, the Best Western Cab Service came to pick us up and even when it was confirmed, the cab driver along side the Best Western front office Staff harassed us to pay even when we did not use the services. We felt intimated and endangered while our stay at Best Western during the night.

Did not expect this from best western
Absolutely zero when it comes to hospitality, very rude staff, no humanity, you will be depressed to enter soch a hotel, not expect this from brand hotel.
