Beauty of the spot and calm location

Situation of the hotel is stunning, on the left side BackWaters and on the right sea…
Very intimate place, very good food, I loved the fish and vegetarian dishes. Staff very nice and attentive. Asked them for everything and they will kindly do what they can to accomplish your wish. The area is just amazing. The hotel owners prepared also a campfire on the beach, it was unique ! Thank you so much.

Ok, but too expensiv

Nice Place, but Dirty Beach.
Less Information what to do there.

Too expensiv, there are Similar guest House which are much cheaper

Truly a heaven between backwaters and beach!!

Excellent location for a family get together or outing with friends. Located in between backwaters and beach this is a paradise! You get the best of both worlds! Direct access to the beach, private beach the beach was super clean and calm waves. The sunset view was mesmerizing experience. They set you a campfire by the sea and barbeque in the property! What a place to unwind. Kayaking to the mangroves is another experience you should not miss! Just got back last night and already missing the place badly :)
We drove from Bangalore to the location, did not enjoy the drive much, due to the bad roads in the Coorg ghat area and some highway road work that is going on. So, would advise train journey or flight (till the roads and in good shape).
Food prepared by the team was yummy! Home cooked style, we tried all Kerala dishes, and it was very good. Subash and family the caretakers were super helpful.

Lovely getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. Perfect location between the ocean and a lake.

We had a memorable stay at V retreat - the property is set in an idyllic setting and waking up to the sound of the ocean was therapeutic. The staff made us feel at home and took care of us very well - greet hospitality.

We stayed 3 nights in this amazing location between the Arabian Sea & Kavvayi Backwaters.
Everything you need is at the homestay, delicious food, fresh coconuts, & it's clean
We could sit on our upstairs balcony, birdwatching & listening to the sound of the ocean, just perfect a very laidback community, don't miss it!
