Eden woods stay
The stay was good along with the view except that the power blackouts and wifi could have been a bit more better. The food was okay.

Amazing place to stay
I stayed at Edens Resort Munnar 11-18th November 2024.
Wow! What a beautiful place to stay. I had a room with a balcony and it was just divine! All I could see were trees and alll you could hear was birds - it was like being in the jungle. They have an infinity pool there which is a decent enough size and looks out into the forest. My only complaint I have about the pool was there was way too much chlorine in it so I couldn’t stay in for long as my eyes were streaming.
Munnar is a quiet area but I took a few tours out and about and the most fabulous time.
The room was great (although a mini fridge would be really useful) and perfect for my needs. I travelled alone and I felt perfectly safe in the area.i changed rooms after 4 days as I’d made two separate bookings. The second room I stayed in had a beautiful veranda with views out into the forest - stunning.
The staff at Edens Resort are absolutely wonderful - always smiling and happy to help - nothing is too much trouble. They helped make my stay an amazing one so thank you.
The food was so good with lots of choice and big portions - I’m missing your food already!
All in all I had a superb week staying there and have come home with many amazing memories.
I would 100% go back and stay there and highly recommend to anyone wanting a tranquil place to stay in Munnar.

The best nature property in munnar
The stay was wonderfull. Value for money.
The staff treated as their family, from checkin to checkout. They have lots of activities available. The jungle atmosphere is very their speciality that we will not get from the 5Star properties.
Each rooms are small small huts covered with passion fruits and other creepers.
Overall nice experience. Food was good. Recommendable for family and couples

Disappointed
One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I booked this hotel solely based on the trust I had in Booking.com and the reviews on their platform. However, I now question whether the reviews on Booking.com are genuine or manipulated.
The cleanliness of the room was appalling. We found used tissues and leftover items from the previous guest, which is completely unacceptable. The bed linens were heavily stained and covered in hair, and even the replacement linens provided were also stained.
The food was overpriced and of very poor quality. I ordered chicken curry and chapatti, but the curry was essentially raw meat in tomato gravy.
Overall, a highly disappointing experience.

What you see in picture is not true....
I would say property was just ok. Not value for money. What you see in picture you can't see there. Room was not cleaned properly. Heater also not working properly. Food, which is also below average with high price.
In my entire stay this was really disappointing. I'll say people who likes to stay in a forest this is a go for option. Didn't feel like its maintained well. Staffs were rude and not hospitable.
I hope they may improve next time.
