The room are very neet and clean the rest room are very neatness because the children are also have to use the rest room also and once again I am telling they have higher support to their customers and they helping them also....the stayed persons need to give five star

Average Hotel

please donot go with the photos, this hotel is a very average hotel. Try to avoid this hotel as there are several other decent hotels in kodaikanal. cleanliness is upto the mark. Even staffs are also good. Location is also ok. But the rooms and aminities provided are not upto the mark. Overall its a average stay.

Nice stay

Very nice stay it is in our budjet.very near to the bus stand.very near to the centre.we can go anywhere from here.
Best veg hotels are in reach.like astoria veg.all travell vehicles start here.so nice stay.the hotel staff are very cooperative

Extremely disappointing and uncomfortable stay

Good:
1) The staff were very friendly and tried their best to help us at all times
2) Good location to the centre
3) Nice facade/exterior
Bad:
1) Both check in and check out times are at 9:00am, which basically means there's absolutely no way you can actually check in at 9:00am. We ended up checking in 90 minutes later than we had expected - not ideal when you're tired from an overnight bus.
2) The wifi didn't work all day - staff kept saying that it's 'not working' however when I eventually got tired of this and asked to speak to the manager, it conveniently started working, however not in our room, just down at reception.
3) The rooms are horrible: the windows only open about 5 inches onto a brick wall. The drains in the bathrooms absolutely stink, even with the bathroom door closed you can still smell them. The sheets are stained and ripped. They don't have double bed sheets so the mattress is covered with two single sheets. Then they only give you one single sheet (between two people) and two single blankets. The pillows and mattress are rock hard. Not to mention than the rooms are tiny so you can't unpack and the TV has really poor reception so you can't actually watch anything.
This is not a good 'budget' hotel, as it is still VERY expensive for what you actually get for your money, I seriously would not recommend anyone stays here unless you are absolutely desperate!

Comfortable budget stay..

Comfortable to stay.. Rooms are clean. Very near to Lake and park. I really liked the hospitality of employees in reception. The employees of snooze Inn has a great helping nature. Thank you very much guys..
