Best option in kolhapur

I recently stayed at Hotel Grand Indu, conveniently located near the Pune–Bangalore Highway, and it was a great experience overall. The hotel offers comfortable and well-maintained rooms that make your stay relaxing after a long journey.
One of the highlights was the food – absolutely tasty and satisfying, with good quality and variety. The staff was polite, friendly, and always ready to help, which made the service feel smooth and welcoming.

Cozy hotel in Kohlapur

A wonderful little hotel in Kohlapur located quite close to the National Highway and easily accessible.
Very friendly staff and have a fantastic restaurant with great food choices, especially Indian and local food.
Car parking is available with resting room for chauffers.
We have stayed twice at this location during this month.

Neat and small hotel on NH48

Small Hotel on NH 48. The road accessible from Highway is rough and not good. Surrounded by farm land. The Hotel is neat and clean with rooms are good. Hotel is maintained neatly. Morning buffet is limited and is ok. Car parking is available. Staff support is good. The tariff is little high.

Rude and adamant attitude

No consideration towards customer. I had a booking through MMT NH71055324462288 for check-in on 12 May 24 and check-out on 13 May 24, but since wife's health was not good, we could not travel. When we informed MMT and hotel about it and produced medical certificate, hotel was not ready to cancel the booking and refund. Even MMT requested to give a credit note, but same was also not agreed. The time when customer satisfaction is atmost priority, our genuine and exceptional request was not considered. I don't recommend such insensitive hotel and would never go for booking of the same. I will also share this feedback with my friends and relatives.

Good place to stay

Great place and well maintain cleanliness , staff is very cooperative. Bed and washroom were clean and well organised.
Food is good quality and well mannered staff.
All bath accessories well organised.
