Worst experience
The pool experience was another disaster. They gave us a pool slot from 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM only after repeatedly reminding them multiple times. Even during our allotted timing, other guests were already using the pool, and the staff failed to manage the situation or provide us proper access. Because of their poor coordination, my family completely missed the experience we came for.
Basic amenities were also missing. There wasn’t even a dental kit in the room, and after contacting the front office, they delivered it very late at night.
People usually visit resorts to relax and spend peaceful family time, but this resort turned our stay into a nightmare. Don’t be fooled by the edited photos and old promotional images online. The current reality of this resort is far from what they advertise. Poor maintenance, careless management, and highly disappointing service. Definitely not worth the money.

A GREAT PLACE to stay with your family
Me and my wife stayed at the resort on 24/12/2017. It was a another trip to Wayanad our favorite place. The trip was made in a hurry and was unplanned and did not even get the time to read reviews. To be honest it was not at all a bad decision. The stay was something we will cherish for a long time. The rooms are really comfortable and clean with all the regular amenities. The place was really calm and peaceful and away from the noises of any town or city. A good place to relax. We had camp fire and some tandoori dishes as starters in the evening near the pool and we also celebrated Christmas at the resort with other guests and staff members. It was all well organized and managed by the very friendly and polite owner who was present at the resort. He is a nature loving person who has a wonderful flower garden and the resort is surrounded by trees giving you a great experience. Nice place to take a morning or evening walk and also the resort has 3 dogs if you are a dog person like me then that's another point. The food is very homely and the staff are really helpful. The resort is more than an hours drive from Sulthan Bathery. Makkiyad Meenmutty water falls and E3 Theme park is nearby.
I would highly recommend this resort if you are looking for a nice and comfortable place to relax.
