Personally I didn’t like

Personally i didnt like the hotel. Not suitable for family. Hotel is in 6th floor and rooms are at 7th floor. Not secure for female traveler.
No room service.
Room - 4 star, spacious, neat, a/c working well, tv not working. Complained 3-4 times but didn't resolved pointing no technician. They didnt bothered to change the room.
Bathroom - 3 star, it's clean, exhaust not working, neat towel, hot water not coming even after 5mins, could find old soaps used by previous guest meaning they are not cleaning regularly.
Staffs - 3 star.
Requested to extend 1hr for check out. They denied saying online booking. Says it's their policy. This hotel is just a bunch of rules, even though they ignored the rectify the basic issues.

Good hotel in Calicut

Stayed one day in this hotel.. Situated in main part of the city.. Neat and clean, large rooms, friendly staff, clean toilets etc.. Overall very good experience.. A very good hotel in affordable price..

spacious room

hotel is in the prime location & accessible to all other locations. Room was very spacious with all amenities . Big bazar is in the ground floor and also there are lots of shops which includes perfumes, garments, boutique....etc

Centrally located Hotel

Hotel is centrally located just opposite private bus stand.It costs just Rs35/- by auto rikshaw from calicut railway station.Hotel is on 6th and seventh floors of Emarald Mall building.
Checkin was smooth. Though I asked for late check out till 4 pm next day reception staff allowed to stay till 2 pm without additional charge.
Room was spacious and clean. But pillow cover was dirty. A/C though cools sufficiently was noisy.
Bath room was spacious and looked clean. But urine smell was unbearable when opened. Had to ventillate for some time to get rid of that smell. Bath towel was dirty.
wash basin tap was loose. Bath room needs some plumbing work and ventillation fan.
Hotel provides tissues only if asked.
Breakfast variety is there. But taste is not upto the mark.There is no restaurant. But hotel provide lunch and dinner service in room.
There is only one lift to go up.Power supply is erratic. But back up generator is there.I had to come down once through steps due to power failure/ lift problem (not sure).
In general hotel nees more maintenance to attract families.
