Dimora I check in yesterday me and my wife love this place so muchhhh………….So much piece and relaxed……….best food in the restaurant and best staff in front office specially ms Chinju and Deepak both are good in smile and helpful nature

Good Hotel

We were a family of 7 travelling to Calicut and further on. Since our flight was rescheduled we had to make a night halt at this hotel of course we booked one day prior.
we had booked 4 rooms, the rooms were quite clean, well maintained and good quality of linen etc. Staff was friendly and courteous. Room services were awesome.
We ordered dinner as room service. The food was quite tasty and good but we felt the portions were less.
Sleep quality was good because of the bed and pillows. Most of the rooms were facing the main road or the backyard.
So if one is looking at to relax and chill, i won't recommend this place.
But if you are planning to attend an event or just visiting the city where you would be out the whole day sightseeing etc, then this property is definitely a worthy visit.
Overall i would definitely recommend this hotel for all of the above.

Worst experience ever by receptionist

The lady receptionist in the morning and afternoon was more like a CBI than a receptionist. I had checked in yesterday. Me and my wife were planning to stay for a night before we travel to one of our friend's get together. She had asked for documents and i submitted ID copies of both me and my wife. Today morning is when my wife reached, picked her from railway station. Thought to freshen up before we check out. She stopped us from the reception and she asked to submit her original id copy. Unfortunately she was not carrying. She had kept her bag in her cousin's place. We had to travel almost one hour to bring her id and submit. My wife was pissed off. I got totally pissed off. Took my bags and checked out. This was the worst ever experience in my life. I travelled almost 8 countries. Never ever I saw such a rude receptionist. We were supposed to call police even but thought to leave bcoz we had to leave. If such kind of staffs are kept you will surely lose your whole reputation. I will never ever recommend to any of my friends this group of hotels. Very much disappointed.

Very rude behavior from lady receptionist in the morning

The receptionist lady was so rude. She was more like a CBI with us than a welcoming receptionist. My wife had checked in late bcoz she arrived late in her train next day. We had to check out in next two hours and go to our friend's place. She came to freshen up. Her passport copy was provided, but she told she needs to see original copy then only she will allow her in. I got really pissed off. This kind of experience never ever happened in my life. Luckily her id copy was available in her cousin's house, literally travelled there to collect id, wasted almost one hour tonshow her the ID proof. I checked out immediately. Wife was pissed off. Was thinking of even calling the police to complaint about this rude behavior from the receptionist. Will never ever again recommend this group of hotels to any of my friend's and relatives. Very much depressed of this behavior from the staff. Not at all impressive.

Good Hotel for Solo / Business Trip

I had visited for a business trip. Hotel is clean and neat. Food was average. Parking space is little cumbersome. Hotel is located near to the city. Front desk was receptive. Room service was good. Overall good place to stay in kozhikode for solo traveller or for business trip.
