Excellent property and Amazing service
Excellent location, very beautiful and peaceful property. The staff is super helpful, especially the staff managing the pool are amazing. Overall, time well spent.

We recently stayed at The Lagoona Resort, Lonavala for 2 nights, and it was truly a wonderful and relaxing experience from start to finish. The resort has a peaceful atmosphere surrounded by nature, making it a perfect getaway from the busy city life.
The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with beautiful views and all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The overall property is very well maintained, and the ambiance throughout the resort feels calm and refreshing.
A special thanks and heartfelt appreciation to the entire staff and teams across the resort for their exceptional hospitality. The front desk team was extremely welcoming, helpful, and smooth with the check-in and overall assistance throughout our stay. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job in maintaining cleanliness and ensuring everything was always perfectly arranged.
We would also like to thank the restaurant staff and culinary team for their warm service and delicious food. Every meal was enjoyable, and the staff was always courteous, attentive, and ready to help with a smile.
