Excellent

Overall a nice experience. Friendly staff everything was good price was good easy to excess and good service. Rooms were spacious toilet was big with all basic amenties. Front office was 24*7 open. ...

Stay at Bipin International

Unfortunately breakfast was not ready even at 08:40 am. So we left without breakfast being served. But the only silver lining was that they informed me about the travel documents that we had left behind. A big Thank You for that.

Bad

After calling many times for cleaning it's not done, i left keys even for the whole day, nothing happened. Television was not working 1st day, 2nd day they started but no channel were broadcasting. I don't know what was the problem, breakfast was also terrible.

Rooms are good but need to improve on breakfast. Also I will advise to keep dental kit n shaving kit in room. Will be helpful. Location is average as it is near to charbagh railway station but approach road from main road is not good and even no signage on main road.

It is worth the money with 50% reduction given by Treebo

The hotel is located inside a small street which is very dirty and congested but not far from main road. Rooms are ok. For the money we paid, it is good except the fact that, the rooms were not cleaned before we checked in. We checked in in the afternoon around 4PM. The bed sheets were not clean and there were spots of pickles or something like that. As we had bed sheet with us, we used that on top of their bed sheet. We had 3 rooms and I think they did not prepare any of the rooms for check-in. When I asked some thing (Extra towel and shower gel which was not filled and correcting TV which was not working), the boys responded very quickly. But the breakfast experience was not so great. As per them the breakfast start only at 8AM which was a surprise for me as most hotels I stayed (Not Treebo kind of hotels) start breakfast at 7AM at least. I requested them if they could provide the breakfast by 7:30 and the manager said they will give something by that time. But we got something only by 8AM after multiple follow up and only when we were about to leave without breakfast after loading luggage into the car. I don't know what they provide after 8AM. We got Chapati and Poha (Looks like made of rice flakes). I wonder what does Treebo means "wholesome breakfast" in their trend category. They provide very basic amenities like towel and shower gel. Nothing more. It is ok to stay a night here.
