Business trip turned sour due to discrimination

I am absolutely livid! A lucrative partnership was almost completely tarnished due to the despicable behavior shown to my clients from the proprietors of this establishment. My clients were of mixed African backgrounds, coming from Senegal, Mauritania and America respectively. We were traveling enjoying the sights after closing a deal, and intended on spending the evening at Satya International. My client returned to our group flustered and upset, after being told there were no accomodations available, but then witnessing a booking of travelers immediately after he was declined. Eventually he was directly informed they do not allow accomodations for those of African descent. I was in such disbelief, I thought there must be an explanation. I tried to book, and was warmly received, but as my clients joined my side, the hotel manager quickly changed his mind, and denied my booking. This place should be closed down. How is this legal!? TripAdvisor should vet the properties they support on their platform.

Racist

Racist, they do not accommodate Africans, very distasteful. Small elevator, staff were not accommodating at all. Travelled all day and was tired and told I couldn’t stay because I am black. Did not appreciate how I was treated. I 100% do not recommend staying here

Racist Dump

Racist cesspool of a hotel that don’t accommodate black people just because of their skin colour. The customer service was poor, so is their racist attitude that stinks from here to high heaven ……….avoid avoid avoid.

If you’re black stay away

If you’re black do not go to this hotel. Bunch of racist caste members who worship white people. Can you believe it’s 2023 and they’re saying they don’t accommodate Africans while they invade other countries looking for money and stay. Sick, ignorant company.

The worst place ever. Very bad receptionist no customer care en racists no accomodation for black people..
I would never recommend anyone in such r horrible place with those untidy rooms
