A beautiful hotel with a sprawling property and ample car parking in various locations in the hotel. Rooms located near the swimming pool, Garden spaces and villa type rooms. It is more of a resort than a hotel.
The gardens were well manicured and cared for. Morning and evening walks inside the property is enough for all ages.
Complimentary breakfast was good with a right spread of food. The food we had for dinner on 04th and 06th was ok with quantity, however the taste was not up to the standard.

NICE HOTEL PLEASANT ATMOSPHERE. TYPICAL MAHABALESHWAR VIBE AND CHARM. VERY CLOSE TO MAIN MARKET HAVING MARKET ACCESS.

We stayed at The Dreamland Mahabaleshwar for a couple of days in the last week of December 2025. We had a pleasant experience and stay at the property. The Classic room on first floor of the block was spacious having spacious balcony offering views of the forest. Breakfast and the buffet spread at the Canvas restaurant is very good. Staff are courteous and accommodating. Farmhouse bistro the hotel's inhouse speciality restaurants serves some really good Italian cuisine and dishes, amongst the best in the region perhaps. As soon as you step out of the hotel, walk a 100 mtrs or so and you are in the main market of Mahabaleshwar.
The inhouse Dream farm Mahabaleshwar is the hotel's go to place to pick up some fresh produce including strawberries.
New Luxury hotels are coming up since past few years across the region however they all miss the typical Mahabaleshwar hill station vibe and charm. We hope Dreamland hotel Mahabaleshwar maintains its vast property (improvise on its un-utilised and under maintained spaces further inside) and standards.

BOOKING CAN BE DONE WITH CLOSED EYES

The staff is awesome and cooperative. The food quality is classic and tasty. The ambience is too excellent and it is very connected to market place. Rooms are clean.

Disappointing to say the least

I highly recommend skipping this property. Except for a nice garden there is nothing good. We booked 2 Deluxe Cottages for more than ₹8k per room per night. But what we got was a very basic room with asbestos sheet as the roof, a tiny powder room n equally tiny bathroom. At such a high price too, buffet breakfast was extremely basic (though good quality) and drinking water in the room was limited to 2 litres each day. The swimming pool was dirty too. Don't understand why they charge more than a 5 star hotel but treat the guests like servants. The blanket provided with extra bed is also so cheap n uncomfortable. The bed n it's headboard is made up of full stone which gets extremely cold in the winter season. Very disappointing stay.
