Good service , quiet place , Good staff and yeah the sea view !!
Good place with good sea view . Music is also young and fresh . Staff is really good especially Balram and Santosh. Value for money . Clean and hygienic. Couldn't have asked for more . Thank you guys .............

The only thing with this hotel is the sea view
The hotel's cleanliness and the service of the staff is pathetic. They literally lack the ethics of the hospitality industry.
The moment we checked in, the room is too small, there was no tv, the air conditioner wasn't working, can any one imagine, there was no socket to the air conditioner, after a long time the technician came, what transpired between them, they changed our room, again there was no Tv.
The complimentary breakfast was as cold as Ice, inspite of telling them to give us hot poori's, again they brought cold ones. The staff and the caretaker of the property were just mute spectators, whatever you tell themm, they're literally not bothered.

Beautiful sea facing stay
Micasa it is, a lovely sea facing resort located in Ashvem beach, North Goa.
Ashvem is known for clean crystal blue waters, scenic view, sea turtle nesting and sunset.
We checked in late evening and was taken away the minute we entered our cottage, which gives a panoramic view of Arabian sea right from the king size bed while sleeping.
Cottages are neat and comes with basic amenities like an Air conditioner, Hot water LED TV and etc.
Watching sunset sitting on the resort porch with a chilled Kings Beer was mesmerizing.
Micasa is a recommended stay for people who want to enjoy Goa away from hustling and bustling cheap crowd at Baga, Calangute and Anjuna.
Most of the time Ashvem was filled with decent foreigners and nice to stay surrounded by good people with like mind-set.
We stayed there for two nights and enjoyed every second without any regrets.
Food was very good at Micasa. We tried Prawns, Mackerel, King fish and chicken.
Staff was very courteous and the best part is they will get anything we ask for when it comes to food or our basic needs from outside.

Micasa also arrange dolphin sighting at 7AM morning and it is truly a kind of its experience.

Waking up to the waves was heavenly!
Location, location, location. This was my first time in Ashwem and certainly will not be my last. Micasa is perched right by the beach, and we requested an ocean facing room. Not only was the beach empty (it is off season) but it was absolutely gorgeous! The room was a little better than average. Comfy bed, great AC, amazing view! We had friends staying in another room and they were paying just as much but their room was much, much nicer! At any rate, the staff was good about providing us with water and ice upon request. They didn't charge us extra for our late check out. The area is perfect if you are looking to relax and enjoy the beach. We also had quick access to restaurants and it was only a 30 minute ride to Vagator. I will be booking here again, that's for sure!

Only a four nights, end of season.
We were originally going to book into Rococco next door, but their website is the polar opposite to the disappointing reality, so went went for a walk...
Micasa is just next door, at the North end of the gorgeous Ashvem beach. We stayed in one of the newer-looking wooden shed huts on top of the cliff. It's a great location.
Sadly it was end of season. We were told there was no wifi (although an abundance of unplugged routers) and no restaurant/food. The room was clean enough but there was no attempt to clean it in the four days we stayed.
The TV cable box had 'no signal', which they said they'd fix but never did. They brought us a fridge for the room instead.
We paid Rs1800 / night (upfront cash) and given the lack of amenities it's probably worth about half that cost.
We moved down the beach to YabYum, which was more expensive but much better.
So... Micasa: the staff were friendly, it filled a gap in our Goa calendar. It don't think I would bother again. Sorry!

Sadly, possibly due to some of the other reviews on this page, Micasa has been left to rot a bit. It's a shame because it's a great location.
