Stay away from OYO

The property and facility appears neat and clean. However later in the night we found a rat in our room at around 1 am in the night. We called the staff to get the tat out of the room and he came promptly to help us!!!! Further the blankets doesn’t appear clean. When we asked the staff about this, they told us that blanket is used by previously and not washed/ cleaned after. And finally before checkout, the staff tricked me by taking my phone and giving a rating of ‘5’ in OYO feedback form. He had told me that unless I click the rating I would not get the bill as it is in linked in the system and clicked 5 star even before I could react.
