Rooms are clean , and full hotel is very quit. service is good and food is tasty without onion garlic (pure jain food)

Worst Hotel of Vrindavan

Worst experience. Front office duty manager Mr. Pradeep is very rude and misbehaved with guests. I booked this property via MMT with breakfast and dinner. In pre booked dinner Mr. Pradeep told that we will give only thali. He told that you are paying only Rs. 6000 per day and we can't serve more than thali in this amount. As per their own menu they even didn't serve thali telling that tandoori breads not available.
They even didn't served us water thats inhuman behavior by Mr. Pradeep and staff.
Better avoid this property as staff is very rude and misbehave with guests and don't keep their own commitment.
Location is deep in to street and issue of parking if you are travelling by your own car.
I tried to called his GM Mr
Balveer at his no. 9719190700 but he didn't pick up the call.

DO NOT book even if this is the last option

I booked a family suite here, went with my husband, 6 year old daughter and my parents. This is such a terribly unhygienic stay, please avoid staying here. The staff is good but the rooms are stinky, we couldn’t bear the smell in our rooms of sewage, very dirty bed covers, pillow covers, spit stains on walls and toilets were just unbearably dirty. We have just somehow spent a night because we were with senior citizens otherwise we would have let our advance payment as it is and still left. The hotel authorities need to really work at setting the hygiene first. Everything else is still tolerable if the rooms are smelling nice and are clean. Worst stay of my life.

I recently had a disappointing stay at this hotel. The room had a pillow without a pillowcase, and the AC wasn't working properly. One of the showers didn't have a showerhead, and there was construction dust everywhere. When we arrived late at night and reported the AC issue, the staff fixed it, but it still wasn't cooling properly. Despite our follow-up call, no one came to address the problem. Unfortunately, the hotel's service and cleanliness fell short of expectations.
