Disappointing Stay : Not Worth the Price

I stayed here for one night with my family and was assigned room 702. The price I paid was quite high compared to the actual condition of the room, which was deplorable.
The walls had mold, there was rust in several areas, and multiple items were broken. The small kitchenette was not properly cleaned and still had waste probably left behind by previous guests.
The photos posted online do not reflect the real condition of the property. The entire building is in urgent need of serious maintenance.
The reception staff were very slow, and the overall customer service was not satisfactory.
Moreover, the hotel is far from the main attractions and major prayer places in Vrindavan.
I do not recommend this place.

Don’t misguided by “Resort”

The management should reconsider using the term “resort” in the property’s name, as the place is neither a true resort nor a proper hotel. It appears to be an apartment partially converted into accommodation and is overpriced for what it offers. The rooms are poorly maintained, the toilets leak, and the overall stay does not feel comfortable or hotel-like.
That said, the food is good and the staff members are polite and helpful. However, there are no major tourist attractions nearby, and transportation is inconvenient. Guests have to rely on the limited number of auto-rickshaws stationed outside the property and often end up paying unreasonable fares. However, the Prem Mandir can be seen from the restaurant at top floor.
Overall, do not be misled by the word “resort” in the name. Considering the condition of the property and the value for money, I would not recommend staying here.

Kadam v/s Sukoon

That was amazing during our stay. We visit 1-2 times in a year nd always stay here. Rooms , location, atmosphere is excellent. All Staff specially Mr Dev Sharma is very cooperative.

Dirty rooms, bedsheets were not cleaned and everything else was very dirty it’s probably 1-2 star hotel
