Truly amazing stay

I had an awesome stay at Gagal Home Service Apartment. All the amenities were being provided at a very affordable price. It is like your second home in Mumbai.
And I would highly recommend this service apartment to all.

I would strongly advise against booking with any Gagal home property
1. Unreliable Bookings – They have multiple properties in Mumbai and can shift your booking to another location at the last moment without even informing you.
2. Poor Facilities – At the Malad East property, food deliveries (Blinkit/Zomato) are not allowed to your room. You’re forced to wait ages for the lift just to collect your order. The passageways and lifts are extremely dirty.
3. Disappointing Rooms – Rooms smell bad, have cockroaches, and don’t include proper breakfast (all they give is a little poha and tea). Utensils are never cleaned, and they charge extra for it.
4. Unprofessional Management – They take back your room key when you leave, and upon returning, you’re made to wait at least half an hour to get it back.
Overall, it was an unpleasant and frustrating experience — poor service, lack of cleanliness, and zero professionalism. Definitely not worth booking.

Their guy Arun was in touch from month, Never responded to my calls or Messages on time
I wanted it for Christmas. Being available they told me it is sold out. And even i requested more then 5 time to Visit then they allowed us to Visit. When i told to confirm the booking. They told us that Inventory got sold out. 0 Customer Service
Thank you for such service to the Local residents. We suggest our friends or our circle to not visit here.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience at Gagal. They were good sometime back but now its not the same. They say breakfast is complimentary and have a horrible menu which costs hardly anything for what we have been paying for the stay. They are never ready to prepare anything we ask for. They simply give excuses. There were 3 boys made to stay at our place when we all were ladies staying in the apartment without our permission. They used to also cook and take it to other places for which we had to pay. They didn't even clean our rooms till the last day. It was a horrible experience and our cab driver was so irritated seeing the location whenever he had to come to drop and pick us up.

Don't fall in the trap

Don't get swayed by other reviews. Gagal home used to be good but now they are not ridiculous. I was travelling from UK and they cancelled my reservation 1 day before and I had no place to stay with 3 kids.
After coming back to UK I sued air bnb. So stay away
