Prefect value for money

Fantastic stay.The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with any requests.I highly recommended this hotels.Rooms are well maintained and clean overall service is good near to phoenix mall and US consulate perfect value for money

Such a bad experience

The location of the hotel it’s close to a busy area road and it’s very noisy and the traffic is horrible, overall my stay wasn’t very pleasant. The room itself was very small, the toilet was quite dirty, which was disappointing. The biggest issue was the hotel reception — they kept forgetting our food orders, and I had to remind them multiple times. On top of that, they would hang up the call before I could even finish my conversation. Few of the staffs were actually helpful and nice
The only positive things were that the hotel had a good supply of both hot and cold water with strong water pressure, and the food was okay. However, the poor service and cleanliness made the stay uncomfortable. Looks like all the hotels around this area must be the same since it’s away from city but the airport was close by.
Also be careful if you ask the hotel to find you a car because we had a bad experience. The driver was loud and rude and he act like he is always right! He made our last evening sightseeing such a bad experience. He wouldn’t let us open the window and he would park the car far away from sightseeing area and let us walk thru the narrow dark alley. When complained to the hotel they actually took the drivers side and the whole scenario was not pleasant!
I wouldn’t stay in this hotel if I ever visit Mumbai again..

Very Bad stay and deceptive pictures were shown. It was a shanty. Cancelled my booking and moved to Ginger booked through another online portal

Room was very clean and staffs were very cooperative and helpful.there are many food spots outside the hotel. Hotel's Outside area is dirty but the hotel is really clean.i would recommend the stay over here. Services were good.phoenix mall is near

Good overall experience!

The hotel is good. It is clean and newly built. Mr Pankaj at reception is very cooperative and helpful. All the staff is also very good. Location wise it is near US Consulate so very convenient for people visiting US Consulate. Surrounding area is not very good. It is located amongst auto repair shops and such shops. otherwise very convenient.
