Near to airport. Cleaner than other rooms we have booked back then. With wifi also. The staff are well-mannered and helpful. If we need to book an auto, they are also ready.

Now, there are public toilets right outside the hotel , and the smell was unbearable. It's cheap, so I asked for a deluxe room, I got a room without a window. There was someone screaming at the top of his lungs because a hotel employee was recording him. That was the point I had to leave the hotel as everything was getting a bit too much. There's nothing much nearby that i could see. I had a picture of my passport taken by the desk guy, which i found odd. It's definitely not a 3 star as advertised by trip at best 1 star.
If it's budget you are looking for dont mind smell and noise, you can not fault this place, but it wasn't for me. I booked for 3 nights, stayed 1 and left.

Tiny room with all fittings

Very small dingy room is a deluxe room in Mantra Residency. The sink in the bathroom is like the one in an aircraft. The geyser needs special training to switch it on. The breakfast i asked was upma - i could not get it. i have to eat it on my bed with a dirty door mat in front of me. All the latest fittings are fixed - AC, TV, cupboard, shower, small geyser, tiny sink, etc.
