Al Ayamnan Restaurant of the hotel

Al Ayamnan is an upbeat Turkish Arabic restaurant in the busy lanes of Jogeshwari. The ambience is bright and welcoming. The staff polite and helpful with suggestions.
Tried their English Garden, lime muddled with mint leavea and topped with orange-litchi-apple juice. It was refreshing!
Their traditional Turkish soup is a must try. It is a soup gravy with freshly ground pepper and generous portions of lamb cubes that melted in the mouth.
We then had Fattoush a salad with mixed green and Arabic bread. The dressing was mayonnaise base, very light and perfectly seasoned.
We tried also their Adana kebab with kaboosh. The kebabs originated in Turkey. It was seasoned with cumin, tangy sumac and red chilli flakes. A bit spicy but pair with the kaboosh it's just nice. It is served with onions seasoned with a generous portion of sumac.
We ended our meal with kunafa, milky, melt in the mouth goodness! They have other Turkish delights like the baklava but I chose to have the kunafa. It was a good choice. They have a fancy basin to wash your hands, complete with smoke coming off from the base.
Each dish we tried was freshly prepared, tasty. The prices are not too heavy on the pocket. Al Ayamna is worth a visit especially in Ramadan. They do not accept reservation. Go early enough and you won't be disappointed

May be not for me

Hotel looks a bit dull in comparison to photos posted . The room was decent sized and clean and staff spoke less but politely . Still I am not really satisfied overall , lobby was not very clean including the passage way to the room . Felt dark with a peculiar smell . May be not for me .

Worst of the Worst Hotel.

Terrible Experience. Had visited for a family function. The Staff is rude and blunt while talking to the customer no matter it's a senior citizen as well. If you have invited your guest to this place you would be feeling ashamed to keep a event at such place. A road side Tapri is far much better then the service here.Food is dumped on the table as if it's a free of cost event. The Managers are busy arguing with customers if any concern is raised by Customer. I seriously would urge the Higher Management to step into this and look into the matter seriously. Managers and few team members are just good for nothing. It's a Big NO for any upcoming events and would not even recommend to other customers to book here and feel embarrassing in front of their guest. Would have marked a minus if it was in the option.

And 20 mint drive from airport
We enjoyed the stay with the family and friends food is too good , reception staff always welcome the guest with smile .many place u can explore must recommend

i booked twin room for a night, on arrival in the evening 2145 the room they had for me was double ! so we said we requested twin room , they said twin is not ready!
we said we should be back in an hour or so as we were popping out for visit and dinner. Came back at 12 midnight still the room wasnt ready and luggage was still in the lobby.!
after long wait we get the room finally. breakfast is not served before 8am.
