Smelly and Broken toilets, Bed bugs and Mouldy Pillows

Very dirty rooms and equally disgusting and smelly toilets. Booked this hotel based on the pictures provided but they are far from reality.
I have been bitten by bed bugs and both of my legs are full of bites. All the pillows have black marks, mould on them and the towels are old.
The owner needs to realise that its high time that he does an overhaul of the room amenities.
Only saving grace is Mr Das and the FNB staff who are patient with our requests.

Pathetic experience

Room condition was smelling terribly, so dirty, bathroom condition was so bad, no hot water, no phone working, towel provided in room was torn, ask reception to change the room immediately, they changed it, but more or less same condition , somehow stayed in night and early morning vacant the room. not at all worth it to stay in such kind of hotels, charged around 3700 INR for a night, which was not at all worth it.!!

Worst hotel I’ve never been to.

The reception and lobby makes you think that the hotel is decent. However, the truth is the opposite. The room was dirty and the restroom was awful, moldy and there wasn’t any hot water.
The worst thing during our visit was the dining room; the food was disgusting and oily, as we ate, we saw mouses in the dining room, there were many holes for them to crawl through. Absolutely disgusting, when I saw mouses, I went to my room vomited everything I ate, never came back to the dining room.
Don’t stay in that hotel, absolutely revolting!!

Compact rooms

This hotel is having a good interiors, but the rooms are very very very compact, no place in the room to eat , it's enough for only 2 members but with kids it's highly impossible, and the food is very costly 1 biryani with tax is 380 rs

Located roughly in the middle of Colaba, a short taxi ride or a 40 minute stroll (hard to say which is quicker, because of the traffic!) to the Gateway of India monument and Elephanta ferry dock. Like most hotels in India, a great deal is made about the lobby, while everything else in the hotel clamours for capital budget. This place is no different. My room, while pleasantly air conditioned, was very small, not very clean, and sadly lacking in amenities. The musty, dirty and stained drapes covered a window looking over a couple A/C compressors and a pigeon roost. Complete with years of their guano. The window was an opener, but I was not a taker.... The tiny (and slightly grubby) bathroom, has a tiny water heater, which did not deliver hot water until about 20 minutes before I checked out, which is when I discovered the “secret” switch to turn it on. (Blue breaker switch). Luckily the cold water was luke bearable..no fridge, and only one useful spot to plug in devices. Bed was OK, but tiny pillow. There is a restaurant, which I decided not to risk, and an ATM next door, that occasionally might deliver cash to foreign cards. MEH...I only stayed one night!
