Very clean room

Stayed in this hotel 3 times, because very like it, there are clean rooms, comfortable beds with clean linen. Air conditioning in the rooms. Free delicious breakfast, free and fast internet. The hotel is small, ideal for business trips, conveniently located next to Sakinaka metro station. 10-15 minutes drive from the airport.

Horrible manager tasneem

I booked this hotel 2 nights in a row because I was unwell I woke up late at 12pm I complaint that ac is not working, every person that came to the room said the ac remote was touched..so I left it aside ..I cudnt order food or anything...by 5.30 I had sweat my life out and stuck and still they were asking for 10mins more...finally they said this can't be repaired today..(as if I wud wait for it to be repaired)
They said we will refund 1000 out of the 1.7k and pls find urself another place..
I am alone girl I cudnot in my health.
Eventually they gave me the worst room here...door doesn't shut unless pressed upon hard enough to hurt.
This has been a 5 and half hr ridiculous experience..which they could have solved in 10mins.
Just agreed that's all they have and not keep me waiting for 5 and half hr.
Also tasneem the manager..eventually wen I couldn't handle it said this is not a jhopdi place for u to scream..if you don't want someone to loose their minds in heat..solve it in 10mins.

Value for money but Stink problem

As advised on Trip advisor, the ground floor rooms heavily stink regardless of how much AC you run.
Few observations:
1.Most of the electrical sockets are faulty so you may face problem in charging multiple equips at same time.
2.For food since hotel doesn't have it's own pantry rather get food from outside, it is advisable to have food nearby in restaurants. There are many good one. Since I was vegetarian, I went to sudarsan which is at walking distance.
3. Washrooms and rooms are very clean and good.
Overall:
Value for money but it is advised to everyone to take room at first floor otherwise it will be difficult to spend night in ground floor.

Terrible staff, No greetings, No smile - not at all recommended

Staffs arrogantly watch you struggling to open the doors with bulky baggage and will not open doors for you. Waiter will senselessly keep on telling you about room, till he gets his tips. Room is OK but in washroom, shower head has very slow water flow, as well toilet flush with tiny toilet seat. I complained to reception about shower head, but obviously no action. You will be annoyed while taking shower. In night wild mouses are so noisy on rooftop and you won't be able to sleep, for 1st floor rooms. Wifi, is slow and disconnects repeatedly, so obliviously no use. its just has + point, that its close to airports so none other. I booked this room, noticing value+ hotel on MMT but in fact its not.
The pillow has one hospital name on it.... not sure how they got it from. Just did't felt good. please review the pictures.

Adore Inn, a small hotel with even smaller rooms!

I visited the hotel in March 2017, and my experience was not too great. The hotel is very small with 2 floors and around 5-6 rooms on each floor. You will get to know how small it is even before you enter the hotel, Rooms are tiny, bathroom can accomodate just 1 person at once. Facility wise it was good as all facilities i.e. wifi, TV, AC, Hot Water were available. I would recommend not to rely on the breakfast here as they only have Bread Omlet, Bread Butter and Bread Jam as the available options along with Tea & Coffee.
Biggest + point of this hotel is that it is onlub10 seconds walk from Saki Naka Metro station which connects to Andheri Railwat station for local train.
If someone wants to get into AC metro as soon as they left their hotel and escape from the heavy traffic on mumbai roads, i would recommend this hotel. All others who have their convayence to go around the city arranged, should go for better options.
