Best Hotel in Budget

When we reached it was morning. A person. Meet us at bus stand and I am thankful to him for suggesting this hotel to us for just 500 per night as it was off season. Hotel staff is very nice and helpful. Bedsheet and Pillow was not clean but they replaced it. Bathroom was neat and clean. From your window you can see valley view for hours. This hotel is at end of mall road so you can take a amazing walk at mall road for 3KM every morning and evening if you will stay here. It's far from crowded area and peaceful. I personally enjoyed those walks and long talks. On it's terrace taking sunbath is unforgettable experience. I would recommend this hotel if you are on low budget and need peace and love. Must experience once.

Avoid hotel at any cost

We had one of the worst hotel experiences at Massurriee FabExpress Sapphire, and we regret booking this property. Here’s an honest account of what went wrong:
Zero Support Reaching the Hotel
There was no cooperation from the hotel staff when we tried to reach the location. You’re expected to walk around 600 meters—often with luggage and no assistance—before someone from the hotel may help. This is completely unfair and not disclosed anywhere on the FabHotels website, which feels misleading.
Poor Room Allocation & No Service
Only two rooms in the entire property seem to match what is shown in pictures. The rest have a poor ambience and look nothing like what was advertised. Due to some issue with their online system, our booking was done manually through customer service, which led to a nightmare experience. We trusted the positive reviews on Google, but in reality, it was a major disappointment.
Basic Amenities Missing
There was a shortage of towels, and we had to repeatedly call for basic things like hot water. The bathrooms had leaking water, the pillows smelled, and the overall hygiene and environment were very poor—except for the two premium rooms, which were the only decent part of the entire stay.
Completely Unprofessional Staff Behavior
What stood out the most was the unbearable level of non-cooperation from the staff. We couldn’t understand whether this was targeted poor service or just general mismanagement. We had booked two nights but ended up canceling one night due to how terrible things were.
⚠️ Final Verdict: Avoid This Hotel
We seriously question the validity of the positive reviews posted online. Our stay was stressful, unhygienic, and filled with frustration.
We deeply regret our booking and do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

this was really nice trip for me just bcz of shappire hotel..nice room out of crowed..good views..really nice staff..room are so clean what we want,,n there is a tea stall who make really nice tea
