Comfortable stay but pool is under maintenance

Our stay at the property was comfortable overall. The rooms were decent, the staff was courteous, and the food served was good. The hotel provided a pleasant experience after a day of sightseeing.
However, one major concern was that the swimming pool has reportedly been under renovation since January 2026. This information was neither mentioned during booking nor reflected on the booking platforms. As the swimming pool is often an important deciding factor for families, such information should be clearly disclosed beforehand so guests can make an informed choice.
Overall: A good and comfortable stay, but greater transparency regarding unavailable facilities is recommended.

Overall experience is very good

Location is good staff behaviour is excellent specifically thier F&B and Banquet mangers timely responded for our meeting requirements

Awesome stay

We stayed in le Ruchi for 2 days and we enjoyed lot in this property it has indoor games and gym and buffet breakfast is very yummy rooms are very clean and spacious over all our stay was memorable
