Memorable stay........

Nice resort... Rooms are clean and neat... spacious too... staff members were friendly and polite.....Check in and Check out were very smooth because of their Staff members...; Worth of money... so much of peace and nice wind during night time ....Overall made the trip so memorable and pleasant...

Excellent stay..

The Hotel has loving atmosphere. the rooms are specious and clean. The hotel has a restaurant that is very quiet, the food was delicious it was amazing experience pleasant rooms i would like to recommend to who are traveling this location enjoyed our stay...

Best residence in the locality

The staffs were friendly and courteous. The kitchen serves tasty, fresh, healthy food. The rooms were spacious, well maintained. The staffs are well connected with local bus, auto services. They helped me book a room on short notice, help me find local travel vehicle. Their services are valued more than the money you pay. For Nagapattinam, one may not find a better place to stay. The resort has pool, birds, lawn, hall. The resort is located on main road and is well connected to Bus stops and government offices. I was lucky to be able to book the room on short notice.

good food

This hotel restaurant offers local catch seafoods cooked in local style. Well prepared fish dishes are available. Nagapattinam has a thriving fishing industry. However, vegetarian food is also available. The rooms are not well kept. It needs a lot of attention from the management.

Beautiful resort!!!

Lovely resort but service is poor. The room we were given had no tea cups/ spoon though they had a kettle in. Requested twice but did not provide us. We were given only 2 servings of coffee for three people for 2 days. Had to ask for a toilet roll. The corner of bathroom noted with mud from ants digging. Towels were stinking. There is a restaurant in the resort where u had to produce a breakfast voucher to have your breakfast. This voucher you need to request for on a daily basis at the reception. When u get to the restaurant, there is no menu, just a couple of items like oothapam or poori. They ration food eg. When ordered poori for three people, gave us one small bowl of curry to share between us. Very poor experience. You can order from restaurant for room service for lunch and dinner - but it’s ridiculously expensive. There is only a small hotel about few yards away. Staffs sleep on sofa in the reception room. Having said all this, resort ambience is good, well maintained garden, lots of birds hovering around, good swimming pool but it is contaminated with dead cockroaches. There was a staff overlooking the pool but I have to question the maintenance. I have given 2stars for the ambience.
