Excellent food taste

It was a nice food enjoyed at the hotel. Specially mix veg we never had before. Though we are foodie and tried it at many restaurants in Nagpur. But it was amazing and yummy at Grey Oak Nagpur.

Worst experience pathetic behaviour and manager

Pathetic manager I was visiting this hotel often due to my work to stay at nagpur do not know how to talk with customers insults their customers passes comments and taunts at the back increase rates according to their mood mistreated customer and plus that girl Pallavi she gave me vulgar responses for no reason manager sharma is worst at managing customers and hotel services they both have some connections so if you have some complaint about room and service they don't sort it instead they argue and insult people with worst abusive words at cancels the entry directly from the guest register i often visit this hotel so I knew all the rates but he increased the rates for last time but when I politely said this wasn't the rates we always pay so he directly told us jao dusra dhundo and cancelled our name from guest register worst experience i would not recommend this hotel to anyone!!!! unexpected

MOST AWFUL

When I arrived at the hotel a little after midnight, after a whole day of travelling from Udaipur, I was turned away from the hotel reception staff who were muttering about a C Form, and did not even speak English. When I had booked that should have communicated to me if there were any formalities that were needed. At half last midnight, I and another two guests had to take to the Nagpur streets to find a hotel that would accept us. I later found out that the C Form was the responsibility of the hotel owner to provide to the police. This is the most terrible experience in all my years of travelling, and I would certainly NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very Nice place to stay

In fact in this pandemic the cleanliness and hygiene is better than the other hotels. The rooms are sufficiently ventilated. Hotel is very much easy to reach. Nice rooms and toiletories. Overall experience is very nice.
