Excellent Stay and Outstanding Hospitality
I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was professional and courteous, and the overall service was outstanding. I truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel

Outstanding Stay at M Square Hotel Nagpur
Our stay at M Square Hotel, Nagpur, was truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived, every member of the team stood out with their professionalism, courtesy, humility, and genuine warmth. Whether it was the front desk, stewards, housekeeping, or restaurant team, everyone performed their duties exceptionally well.
A special thank you to Mr. Dhiraj Sir, the Front Office Manager, who deserves particular appreciation. He personally paid attention to every detail and made sure all our requirements were taken care of, especially the needs of our children. His thoughtful and caring approach made our family trip even more comfortable and memorable.
The hotel is an excellent choice for business travellers, families, children, couples, and anyone visiting Nagpur. The rooms are surprisingly large, spacious, and comfortable, especially considering the price.
And the breakfast deserves a special mention! The food was excellent, and I would especially like to appreciate the South Indian cook. The South Indian breakfast was absolutely fantastic. All the chefs and the entire food team deserve appreciation for the quality and taste.
The food, ambience, rooms, and hospitality were all excellent. Most importantly, the staff are loving, generous, courteous, and genuinely humble.
Dhiraj Sir, a heartfelt thank you to you and the entire M Square Hotel team for making our trip truly worth it.

Not at all happy this time.
We always liked our stay at this hotel ever since it was started.
The GM Mr.Saxsena is a excellent gentle man too.
This time he is on leave for few days .
We stayed for almost 4 days this week. There is NO HOT WATER IN THE BATHROOM for all days and everyday we are told that there is a major problem which will be sorted this evening.
Yesterday in the peak hours in the morning there was NO WATER SUPPLY IN THE BATHROOM FOR almost 2 hours.
We had to check out today due to these issues.
Please CHECK for availability of hot water before booking in M2.
