Cozy stay in a budget with great view Suma adventure is the best option..

We celebrate our anniversary on 17th Dec.2021 with infant.
Here’s review from our stay:-
1. Staff is very cooperative and well mannered.
2. The rooms are small but prefect for small families with 1kid or a couple. Extra adult will make room look smaller but if you are in group & just want to have fun then go for it.. pool is small too
3. All rooms are pool & lake view.
4. Stay during monsoon & winters will make it more memorable as lake view will be good.
5. Breakfast options are limited with only veg options however when asked for egg omelette they made it for us.
6. Resort is very close to MTDC boat club which should not be missed while in Nashik & relish on authentic Chulivarchi Misal at Sadhana restaurant..
7. Approach roads towards resort is good & easily accessible.
8. In adventure activities we did Go karting & Zipline (cost rs.300/- per person per activity)
9. Rooms were cleaned daily.
10. Restaurant food is on à la carte can be served in room. We tried indian food & Chinese starters which taste good.
11. Restaurant & room service is from 10am to 10pm.
12. Although rooms are small but resort is spread out good option for get together..

“Very bad experience at Suma Adventure And Resort. Property location is good, but maintenance is poor. Rooms were not properly clean, service was very slow, and staff response was disappointing. Food quality was average and overall experience was not worth the money. Management needs serious ..

Beautiful view from room. Pool side Lake side.

They actually have a good location for a resort. Our rooms were directly faced to the pool and lake. I must say the sunsets and sunrise are absolutely gorgeous.
They just need to keep it maintained. The staff was polite but the service was too dam slow. The food too is average.
Overall they have a 5 star for the location rest needs to be improved. The property has some fun activities, we tried zip lining and it was fun. Being an adventure resorts the activities and its equipment's need to be revamped.

All good barring mattress

Location 9/10, room cleanliness 8/10, view from each room 10/10, food quality 8/10, staff receptivity 9/10, kids activities 7/10, bed mattress 2/10. Pls be mindful of stay here unless you are sure that they had changed bed mattress. All other things good, mattress is the one thing which makes your sleep so uncomfortable and painful that you repent staying here. I had word with owner to quote my views and he too was very humble to accept the problems associated with mattress. One thing they have to realise that stay in resort is all relaxation and mattress plays a very vital role. As per owner’s comment, mattress vendor cheated them so they had to make a localisation so get the softness. One thing they have to realise that quicker they cut losses, better for them. I am not the first one to put uncomfortable mattress review. Last year also someone quoted same reviews but unfortunately i read it after making payment so had to live with it. At present conditions, this resort is not worth paying more that Rs.3000/ night for dual occupancy. Anything more is waste of money.

Extremely Bad experience, unprofessional staff, local feel, Unworthy place...

This hotel is not at all good to stay. Big name with nothing to cherish about, a local hotel we would say.
The front desk managers and staff are very unprofessional. They do not have any approach to resolve the customer issues. It is like, once we have booked this hotel and come to stay, there is nothing a customer can do.
Rooms are smaller with NO Wi-fi available which is not even informed by them during the booking time. Rooms are normal/local with no feel of staying even in a 3-star hotel.
The big disappointment is the Go-kart where one ticket gives you very small 3 rounds on some old go-karting vehicles and it is definitely not supposed to be a selling point to stay at this place. For all the activities even if they are small, they take high charges for every activity which are generally free if you choose any other hotel. Just money-oriented place we would say without any worth. All activities are available only between 10AM to 6 PM which means there is nothing to do in evening after 6 PM except taking dinner.
The only good thing is the swimming pool, which is cleaned by hotel staff only after repeated requests at their own convenience. Simply no care by hotel management to the customer needs. Food taste is okay.
