Over Prized!
We took a 2 BHK AC 'SO CALLED' Villa. There are many reasons for which we felt it was overpriced.
1. Paid 4500 for 2 BHK / 2 Couple. (Room No. C-47 / 14/15 May, 2022)
2. Almost ZERO Amenities
3. The AC kept Tripping throughout the Night.
4. The property is not nicely maintained, you will find POP from Walls coming off at many places.
5. Washrooms are not maintained. Washbasin was broken, hand faucet was hanging on a screw.
6. No intercom.
The Manager/Incharge of the property, Rajubhai is a nice person & his service is up to the mark.
