Wonderful stay at The hill resort Daringbadi

We a family member of 4 visited Daringbari on 27th Dec 2025
Our stay in" The Hill resort Daringbadi was awesome...My parents who were senior citizens told the hotel members was very caring, provided all that was required,including fooding. Lodging everything,..recommend this hotel again..
The service was very satisfying..Thank you all for this wonderful experience

The room was horrible, totally damp room. Lights were not working, there was no ceiling fan. Only 1 bottle of water provided for 2 nights stay. Plasters of the wall were falling of. Dusty room and balcony. Room service was pathetic. The attached toilet didn't have any exhaust, there was a opening directed to the room. So the whole room was smelling like toilet. We are afriad that we might get diarrhea from that unheiginic toilet. Bed was stiff, pillows were pathetic.

Extremely Poor Experience Not Worth the Stay

Extremely disappointing stay. The property seems to be under construction, with dust, debris, and litter visible throughout the premises. It is located about 4–5 km away from the main Daringbadi area and lacks even basic amenities such as geysers, room heaters, electric kettles, and proper food service.
Staying here during winter was particularly uncomfortable—there was no room heater, and only ice-cold water was available. The situation worsened due to the absence of power backup, making frequent power cuts highly inconvenient. At one point, the hotel even ran out of water entirely, forcing us to wait for several hours in the morning just to get access to cold water.

Disappointing Stay: Avoid this hotel - Poor Service and Missing Basic Amenities.

Avoid this hotel, if possible. Very disappointing experience due to poor customer service. We traveled during winter, and despite high room rates, the hotel lacked basic amenities such as a geyser, room heater, or even an electric kettle for heating water. Staying without a heater in such cold weather and dealing with freezing water was extremely uncomfortable. Additionally, there was no power backup during outages, which made the stay even more inconvenient.
