Good budget hotel
Pros- great location for walking around Panaji.
Lovely airy room, comfy bed, great Wi-Fi and a/c. Bottled water everyday. Ask for toilet paper as not always replenished.
Cons- noisy sometimes at night as sewage road works going on in the city and at night. Room/bathroom could do with a deep clean but we got by because of the plus points. Breakfast in the cafe close by was good but the cafe was a tat grubby,
Some of the staff need some training on service with a smile or at least acknowledgement of people.
Overall, would stay here again as we loved room 404

Nice Hotel
Only the reception staff is rigid and not humble and cooperative .
But still the hotel is nice and I wl stay again for sure.

Budget accommodation in Panjim
The place is small with neat and clean sheets, rooms, toilets and corridors. The towels are also clean and the soap mild & staff are efficient and friendly. The cost is very low and you get bread and eggs for Bfast. If you want veg fare you pop over across the road to Sheetal and get dosa, idly, puri types also on the house.
They change the sheets on alternate days.The lift is on the landing a few steps up from the reception.
You have a choice of travel options from Taxis, Autos, Bike taxis, WALK! You can eat at any of the different hotels check out the Gomantak food. Sea food is great and inexpensive. Goan Delicacies, like Xacuti, vindaloo, sorpotel, sausages are worth checking out in different restaurants . The cruise on the Mandovi is a short one. A little more adventure can be had going out to sea on a launch for 4 hours and maybe catch a few dolphins frolicking in the sea. two timings 9 am and 2 pm

Giving two star for location
Location is very good as many good restaurant nearby. We liked the Sher e Punjab restaurant as best we've had in India. Check out my review as I show menu.
Tip: try and find sim card in airport, hard to get in Goa city. !dea SIM cards are easiest but activation is slow.... Kind of like the elevator at Arcadia.
Tip:. Make sure you remember to get breakfast coupon from hotel as it's delicious and free. Four of us eating no one sick. Order black coffee and tea to mix... Way too much milk and sugar in any drink.
Tip:. I asked for water at Arcadia and I'm pretty sure it was tap as not sealed.... So beware and take care, we didn't drink it. Always be cautious
