Staff behavioural improvement

Rooms are spacious and nicely maintained.
This property is really good but I would suggest owner that staff you select they must serve for two three months in some 4 star or 5 star hotel so that they greet with smiling face .i think that can accommodate many short comings if any. Sir your management should have daily meeting with staff specially with reception staff that how they should greet guest .

Good Hotel for Wedding Ceremonies

We attended the family wedding at the Hotel Classic Residency. We stayed here for three night in 1st week of Dec., 2023. All the Hotel rooms were booked along with Lawn and Ceremony Halls. Arrangements, decoration, service, food quality was good. The Hotel was under capacity enhancement during the stay, that caused some problems in Elevators functioning. All ceremonies went well. We all enjoyed the Marriage of my niece.

The hotel is playing game with Khushi travel that this is in the heart of Chandigarh where as it 30 km away from Chandigarh
