Good hotel

Best hotel in Patna hotel panache such a great hospitality and service was good and morning breakfast is very delicious thanks to all panache team for providing me great service and thanks to Ms.Divya and Ms Shifa such a very courteous girls she’s welcome me very nice we will come back soon

Worst hotel in Patna

The receptionist was a cheater. The food was stale and pathetic. The personnel in dining hall were behaving like goondas. I am fighting with the hotel to recover my money they cheated us in the name of upgrade.
The breakfast was stale and pathetic.

Good Location.

We had an overnight stay at Amalfi Grand and, given our expectations, the experience was quite decent. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, making for a pleasant stay. While there is no dedicated parking, the security staff was very welcoming and helpful. The hotel's location is convenient, just a 15-minute drive from the airport, which adds to its appeal for short stays.
The breakfast spread was average—not the best, but certainly not the worst. However, I did hear rats squealing in the AC duct of the restaurant, which was a bit concerning. That said, the overall hygiene and service were satisfactory.
One notable plus was their willingness to accommodate our chauffeur in a hall, which was appreciated.
Considering the price, location, and level of service, Amalfi Grand offers good value for money, especially for a short stay. With a few improvements in certain areas, it could be an even better experience.

Overall not good to stay at this hotel at all.

Restaurant team is not well behave very rude in service.
If guest is living on long duration,they don't serve Chapati its very hard to be on only Tandoori roti which was also not cooked I have shared pictures for reference.
Food quality is not hygienic and tasteless.
Only they make good is Tomato soup.
Hotel room bedsheet cover found torn and restaurant cup glass is Yellowish stain you can find in pictures for reference
I have ordered breakfast parcel they didn't give Coconut chatni not sambhar which was waste at all I have thrown it in garbage
