Sunray resorts treatment

Every thing is good and enjoyed the trip. We feel comfort in all aspects. But the behavior od reception people not good. While vacating room, their suggestion regarding transportation from resort to out side station is very poor. They are not giving any guidance to the residents of resorts. At the age of 73, i called taxi from Visakhapatnam and left the resort after waiting 2 hours in reception launge. Very unfortunate incident by the management.

Orchid vacation membership

We recently stayed at Sunray Village Resorts, Kavulavada, through our Orchid Vacation membership, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. As a couple looking for a peaceful yet refreshing escape, this resort truly delivered beyond expectations.
Right from the moment we checked in, the staff made us feel welcomed and valued. The resort’s lush greenery, serene pathways, and clean surroundings gave us a perfect blend of nature and comfort. Our room was beautifully maintained with all modern amenities and a scenic balcony view that made our mornings extra special.
Thanks to Orchid Vacation, we enjoyed a seamless booking process and early check-in facility. As part of the Orchid Vacation membership, we’ve already visited a few properties, and Sunray stands out for its calm ambiance and outstanding hospitality.
We particularly enjoyed the swimming pool, indoor games, cycling track, and the well-maintained gardens that made our evening walks delightful. The food at the in-house restaurant was fresh and flavourful with great vegetarian and non-veg options.
The resort staff were polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. From room service to recreational activities, everything was well-organized and timely.
We are truly grateful to Orchid Vacation for curating such quality resort options. This was our third trip using the Orchid Vacation membership, and every time has been memorable. If you’re a couple looking for a relaxing yet luxurious getaway, Sunray Village Resort via Orchid Vacation is a perfect choice!

Good place but poor hospitality of front office

Nice place to spend time with family and friends.
I am regular visitor to this property but slowly observing that room standards are decorated.
Front office as usual always rude behavior.
Food is good
This time we stayed at 303 villa occupied 5rooms.
The ground floor rooms are not recommended . This is a villa with 5 rooms .
3032 rooms bed head position towards north . All rooms bath rooms dose not have sufficient illumination. You can not shave properly bcoz of poor illumination. Old and damaged furniture. Bathroom showers are damaged. Half water coming down and half water going to ceiling .
Not a good villa.
