Our Wonderful Experience

Radisson Bay Resort is located on a quiet sea side of the Eden beach with beautiful green lagoon views. The calm and soothing atmosphere of the resort is the perfect relaxation needed even when the whether is hot and humid. The ambience of the resort with lush green trees and colorful, fragrant flowers all around provides the much needed relaxation for the soul. The rooms are spacious with well done interiors and digitally controlled lighting, curtains and other eminities. They are clean and well maintained with staff who always greet with a smile. We were given vouchers and coupons to use at the resort spa and restaurant. We got foot massage done with well experienced personel providing excellent service. Though the pricing is on the higher side, the services and eminities, the ever-ready-to-help staff and the ambience provide value for the money. Food is tasty but includes few options for vegetarians. Breakfast spread is good and sumptuous. Lunch and dinner could include some more vegetarian regional options. Transport services such as cabs provided by the resort are expensive compared to other cab services.

So many engaging and informative activities

Ramya and Paramesh were so engaging had good time with their fun activities good time pass and fun
Irshad an Astro physicist was so kind polite and intellectual.. a different experience on space gazing and building kids amateur rocket was so educational and worth the time we spent Great exp all together

Great Time at Radisson Pondicherry

Madhuri and I had a great stay at Radisson Pondicherry. The rooms were nice and large. The food at the Bay Bistro especially the fish and the Kebabs at The Great Kabab Factory were superb.
The Bodhi Prana spa was exceptionally nice and the massage provided was out of the world. The swimming pool is very well maintained. The service provided by the front office team and especially Vishnu was exceptional. The travel cars and the pickup and drop from Chennai airport was handled well.
Overall we had a lovely time and a remarkable experience.
