Cosy hotel with modern look

In a simple city we loved our cosy stay in this property. The rooms are big and so is the buffet. The food is authentic south Indian and has global options too. It has a swimming pool and spa facility too.
The hotel staff is very courteous but language is a problem. Hence communication seems to be a challenge.

Disgraceful Hotel , Never Book it

One of the worst decisions to stay at Sunway manor , it is highly mismanaged with nothing on par with commercial hotel chains from substandard toiletries to room furniture to house keeping to breakfast service , all lacking and staff at front desk act like they are doing a favour to you , no compassion or thankyou , just plain rudeness and breakfast service is a disgrace with staff no way engaging with hotel guests , don't visit this property ever by just looking at photos . You ll regret it.

Worst experience

This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I've previously stayed at this hotel around 2020 and it was amazing. Since we had very little time and didn't want to choose any resorts, we booked a room here through Agoda since it would be easy to commute to the nearby tourist spots. We were alloted a room on the 5th floor, near the emergency exit. We were running late to the temple so kept our luggage and left immediately,only after we came back we found the room extremely dirty, with bad odour, ac vent with full dust, cigarette buds in the corridor and moulds and leakage in the ceiling. So we politely asked the front desk to change our room near the lobby, they said they cannot and would send the maintenence instead,after a short argument they showed us a room at the 4th floor ,also near the emergency exit which looked the same..once again we requested the room on the ground floor, the lady at the front desk was very rude saying she cannot. So we asked them to cancel the entire reservation to which they said we cannot do, instead you can ask Agoda directly. After an one hour conversation with Agoda customer care , we were agreed for refund through Agoda credits. The whole incident happened on my birthday, they made the entire day miserable. Don't ever choose this property if you want to have a peaceful stay. They're upright rude and disrespectful. Don't expect hospitality or even cleanliness here.

Good food but Terrible rooms

Stayed here in Aug2024.Good Location. Awesome food. Service is very prompt and good. Below par rooms. Rooms are old with heavily moldy ceilings. The shower area leaked the whole stay and we had to push up towels so that water wouldn't seep out of the shower area. The bed spread was torn. we paid 8K(probably due to long vacation time) but the rooms weren't worth the price at all.

better hospitality expected

Unfriendly staff. Major put off was as soon as we entered the lady and the gentleman at the reception greeted us with a frown on their faces!
Only half tissue rolls were kept in the toilets and we had to keep asking for a tissue roll....which is very disgusting!
Food is very expensive and the taste was just ok.
