Warm, friendly and prompt service at Novotel Pune
Comfortable beds, spacious rooms, immaculate housekeeping, and large windows overlooking the cityscape made the stay very pleasant.
The breakfast spread was extensive and well managed. Executive Chef Gaurav’s presence ensured the teams worked efficiently and quickly — exactly what’s needed during busy breakfast hours. Loved the coconut chutney and dosa, and the paranthas were excellent too.
Kashyap and his F&B team were sharp and suave. The servers, hostesses, and food counter teams were warm, attentive, and proactive. Although there was a self-service coffee machine in the restaurant, the team was quick to understand preferences and serve tea and coffee directly at the table, which added a thoughtful touch.
Anjali’s front desk team was crisp, professional, and efficient during both check-in and check-out. Overall, a smooth and comfortable experience.

Always good to experience
Location is good from city all the rooms and good atmosphere neat and clean with good decent staff from house keeping to reception area all the staff specially Akansha ,Ghanshyam,Abheshak,Radha,Santoshi,ravi,sakshi,levina,Irene,Rohan,all the staff is doing good job base of the institution .I come here from 10 years I always feel that I am at home .thanks to all the staff
