Group trip

Excellent facilities and very good and polite staff. Food was good. Location was peaceful and pleasant. The rooms have been upgraded and are very nice. Set in the midst of nature at the foothills of a hill, the stay was very refreshing. The prices were very reasonable.

Mixed experience at Panchet Residency

Recently while visiting Purulia,We have booked at Mrittika of Panchet Residency Resort.We were of 5 members including two Senior citizens.The rooms which were given to us 130 and 131 at a cost of Rs.5000/- and Rs.5500 per night with no ventillation and inadequate lighting as if you have entered into a cave.These rooms were not at all worth of such high price.When we approached the manager for alternative rooms ,they have shown us a family suit Basera 3 which was better but Rs.17000/- per night.It was said that all the other rooms were booked by a group only we can get one Super deluxe room at Mrittika.Considering the overall environment of Mrittika,during that day We have ultimately decided to shift at Basera 3 by spending extra Rs 12000/- as they did not gave other alternatives.
During the time of booking,they have not told anything about those two rooms of Mrittika which later they have told as Deluxe quality and all other rooms of Mrittika were of Super Deluxe quality and also regarding group booking of all other rooms.
Besides these misinformation provided,the other services were satisfactory including foods and room services during our stay on 08.02.25 at Basera 3 by the staffs of the Resort.
Before booking,it is better to check all informations regarding the rooms alloted otherwise you may land into some trouble.

Fantastic stay in the lap of nature

Huge hotel compound, maintained garden, spacious rooms, clean and hygienic toilets. The restaurant is good and the food is tasty. Excellent swimming pool in the lap of nature. Panchet Hill View Tower is fantastic and offers a fantastic view.

Top quality hotel

Huge property with neat n clean rooms, excellent food, fantastic setrvice, a watch tower, a pond. Swimming pool area is just mesmarisng. Hotel offers a nice view of the panchet hill. Overall excellent propertybto stay.

Weekend Destination

Situated near the Panchet Hill at Garh Panchkot it's a good place for weekends. Rooms, specifically Mrittika are small but good. Our Booking was handled by Kalyanda (900=718=400=0) who was suggested this place for our family of 6 members with 3 rooms. Restaurant was good. Overall ambiance is very nice but the property is overpriced one. Nearest station is Asansol. Pick up and drop drop facilities were available by paying extra.
