Mosquitoes, cobwebs & unclean rooms
But it is PATHETIC from inside, full of mosquitoes, toilet seats uncleanned, room has many cobwebs.
Very Poor service , Horribly managed.
Don't know what GM is looking after.

Don’t ever try going to Piccadilly Raipur.Pathetic
1.highly non courteous staff.They presume as if we are being paid to stay at this place.
2. Non existent house keeping facilities which infact the front desk of the hotel also believed in and told us about when we had already ventured or paid in advance the tariff.
3. Highly ILL cooked food which smells stale and could make any one catch up a disease.
4. Non existent support staff…they themselves are not aware of their basic responsibilities as are prevalent Ina hospitality industry.
5. Swimming pool is so dirty and filthy.From the water of the swimming pool they fill buckets to wash utensils and clothes.
6. Highly arrogant staff. To name a few worst performer was Manohar,the person incharge of the restaurant.
7. If you have the basic requirement of having bottled distilled water they will make u feel as u are somewhere caught up in a deserts location where there is scarcity of drinking water and will specifically tell u the bottled water is only available till 10:30 PM only.
8.For all your other requirements like soap,shaving kit etc you have to be already well prepared as they will be taking around 2 to 2 and a half hours to supply the same.
Hope the above experience in the form of bad luck would be enough for other travellers to be staying away from Piccadilly Raipur.
At the end the hard earned money is for getting proper services and not for getting perturbed and distressed…
